IS THERE A START-UP FEE?
For most average size practices the answer is no. This would constitute a volume of 50 claims or more per month. Otherwise a small start-up fee may apply.

DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MY SPECIALTY

What do I need to provide you with my claims to be billed?
We need complete patient demographics including name, address, birthdate. We will provide a demographic sheet for your office to use to provide this information to us as well as copies of the patients insurance cards.
How do I get my work to you?
Secured e-mail, faxing, U.S. mail and courier pickup are all options. We will discuss which best meets your needs
